Hi all, I’m Axel, and I am working on costumes for The Imaginary Invalid. It’s been an amazing experience so far and I have met a lot of wonderful people. In the process of picking out costumes for all the characters, there was a lot of holding up a piece of clothing, and squinting at it while thinking, or saying out loud “Does this work?” and sometimes you are holding up the most hideous thing you can imagine, a piece of clothing full of clashing colors and wired patterns and still…somewhere in your mind you think that you can put this on someone. Like that colorblind character (you will know who I’m talking about if you see the show) and other times you pick up the most beautiful piece of clothing ever just to realize that you sadly cannot make use of it and put it back on the rack from which it came. Anyways, come see the show! It is hilariously funny, and I hope you enjoy it!
