Hi! My name is Nina McKinstry and I’m a part of the cast of Night of Your Life: The Mixtape!
I’ve had such a fun (and sometimes stressful) time putting this show together with an amazing group of very talented people. I’ve enjoyed learning music and choreography for the show, as well as connecting with my fellow cast and crew members.
Another super fun thing I’ve had the opportunity to do this year is co-run the Nathan Hale Theatre instagram and website! I’ve been given the chance to connect with both people involved in theatre at Hale and audience members in a new way that I’ve never gotten to experience before. I’m constantly learning how to reach more people and get them interested in theatre at Hale, as well as learning design skills that I wouldn’t have the opportunity to learn in another setting. I am so grateful for the opportunity to be involved in both the acting and marketing sides of this theatre program and for the things I’ve learned about both, and I can’t wait to do more in-person.
