I am really excited about this show, and I am even more excited to get more involved as the rehearsal process continues to unravel. Hello! My name is Henry Pennington, and I am playing the role of Lewis. I was so stoked to hear that I was cast as Lewis even though I had no idea about anything about him. He is Pippin’s brother and as I dig into him, I am learning more about the character he is. Something I’ve decided will be a source of inspiration for Lewis, is the character Kronk from The Emperor’s New Groove. Creating a character that is so different from myself as a person is very exciting to think about but will also be tricky, and I am looking forward to the process. This will be my first performed musical with Nathan Hale, and ever for that matter. Being back in the PAC after our Covid break is so wonderful because it feels fresh, yet familiar at the same time, and to have familiar and old faces in the same space that I was in my freshman year is just a fantastic feeling. This show is going to be something you won’t want to miss out on, so make sure to come see it!!
